1. Put all plastic - tin - glass and paper in the recycle cart together.
2. Set the recycle cart next to your trash cart at the curb. (see picture to the right)

Below is a list of the items we take for recycling every other week.

PAPER: Newspaper - Junk Mail - Food Boxes - Cardboard.
-Please be sure no food is stuck to the paper.
-NO paper towel.
-NO wax coated cardboard.
PLASTIC: Items stamped 1-7 on the bottom of container.
-Rinse clean and flatten.
METAL: Metal items that fit into the recycle cart only.
-Rinse clean and flatten.
-NO wire.
GLASS: Food Containers Only.
-NO windows, light bulbs, vases or ceramics.
-Rinse clean.
-Remove lids.
Plastic Grocery Bags: Plastic grocery bags are not taken at the curbside.
These bags can be recycled at local Meijer stores.
